Procedure for withdrawal from the contract (Procedure for returning goods)

A Customer who is a Consumer who has concluded a Sales Agreement may withdraw from it within 14 days without giving any reason.

Instuctions for withdrawal from the contract / return of goods:

1. Fill in the withdrawal form available on the website of the online store.

2. Send completed form to us by e-mail to the address If it is not possible to send the form electronically, the completed form can be attached to the shipment in a hard copy, however, please inform us about this fact by e-mail or telephone.

3. Pack the goods. The goods should be returned in the packaging from the manufacturer. If this is not possible, the return shipment should be secured in such a way that it will not be damaged during transport. If possible, include your proof of purchase.

4. Send us back the package. The costs of returning the goods are the responsibility of the consumer (we can consider other method depending on the type of complaint). The consumer is obliged to return the goods to us immediately, but not later than within 14 days from the date on which he withdrew from the sales contract. To meet the deadline, it is enough to return the goods to our address before the deadline.

5. The reimbursement will be made immediately, no later than within 14 days from the date of receipt of the Consumer's statement on withdrawal from the Sales Agreement. All payments made will be reimbursed, including the cost of delivery of the productto the Consumer (if the Consumer exercising the right of withdrawal choose a delivery method offered by the Seller, the Seller is not obliged to refund the additional costs incurred by the Consumer). The reimbursement may be withheld until the product is received back or the Consumer provides the proof of sending the product back, whichever occurs first. The reimbursement will be made using the same method of payment as used by the Consumer, unless the Consumer has expressly agreed to a different method of return, which does not involve any costs for him.

6. The cnsumer is liable for the diminished value of the product as a result of using it in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.
